The DEMON PAXR-6001HD heavy-duty rear axle is engineered for demanding off-road applications on Polaris RZR 170 models. Featuring wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, this axle effectively prevents binding during extreme flex, ensuring smooth operation even in rugged terrains. Its versatile compatibility allows installation with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or A-arms from various brands, making it an adaptable upgrade for your off-road vehicle. The axle boasts a 10% to 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% to 20% larger diameter compared to OEM axles, providing enhanced strength and durability for aggressive riding conditions. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, it delivers exceptional toughness and resistance to wear. The precision CNC machining ensures tight tolerances and a perfect fit, while the inner cage made of 4340 chromoly material adds to the robustness of the assembly. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offering excellent sealing and lubrication to withstand harsh environments. xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
